Length of Scarf
I am wondering how long most of you are making your IHS?
Are you doing the recommended 55 inches, or more, or less?

I'm still working on one for my husband and he wants closer to 60-70 inches.
I'm aiming for 'long enough', which I plan to gauge by knitting until it looks 'long enough' and then putting it on a stitch holder and handing it to my husband, and asking him 'Is that long enough?'
*fantasy takes over*
At which point he should throw it dashingly over his shoulder and gaze at me tenderly and proclaim 'It's perfect!'.
*fantasy ends*
But really he'll just say 'Yeah, it's long enough - why does it have that funny safety pin thing on it?'

I'm going to keep going until I get absolutely bored with it and want to start another one in another yarn--it'll probably top out at 48 inches or so.
