First two days of knitting

I've gotten past the stage where the scarf could be mistaken for a dishrag, and now I can drape it across this banister.
I love this pattern! For the next few weeks I have to knit in small blocks of time, so I think I'm going to mark where I start each day, just so I can keep track of my progress.

That's going to be a beautiful scarf! Much nicer as a scarf than as a dishrag, I think.

Haha, no kidding. Especially since as a dishrag it would need washing, and then I'd have a pretty piece of cabled felt.

Thanks! I was shocked at how much of a difference it made to photograph it outside. Ah, the miracles of natural light...
